Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony Held in Cuishanhu of Kaiping, Guangdong, China, for CCTC¡¯s Canada China Low-Carbon Technology Demonstration Project (April 16, 2010)
Michelle Qiu, Projects Director China of CCTC, and Ken Zeng, Chief Engineer China of CCTC, were the Guests of Honors who participated in the Official Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony held in Cuishanhu New Economic Development Zone in Kaiping, Jiangmen of Guangdong Province, together with representatives from Menergy Energy, a leading Canadian geothermal energy company. Funded by the Canadian Federal Government through the Asia Pacific Partnership for Clean Development and Climate (APP), CCTC and Menergy are executing a project to showcase Canadian advanced clean energy technologies in Kaiping. Madam ZHU Taoying, Chinese Consul General in Toronto, and the Canadian Consulate General in Guangzhou, sent in their congratulatory letters for the kick-off of this Canada China Low-Carbon Technology Demonstration Project.
